Your voice is a pathway for self-discovery.

This class is a 75-minute blend of gentle yoga and voice practices that explores the voice as a powerful tool for nurturing your whole self.

 

We will flow through a slow sequence of yoga postures, adding voicing and sounding practices aimed at relieving muscular tension and exploring the connection between voice, body, and imagination. The class will finish with a 15-minute guided voice meditation.

The intention of this class is to support the function of the voice and reconnect to the voice as a sensory experience, energetic exchange, and a pathway for meaningful connection with both ourselves and the world around us.
